It is
important to mention that Perks Peri-Peri products are truly
and endeavor of the heart. Company founder, Steve Perkins, experienced
homesickness for his native continent and looked for a way of "introducing
Africa to the United States". The method he hit upon was its
cuisine. As Peri-Peri is inherent in African cuisine, Steven felt
that Americans were missing out on a great taste sensation. America
didn't have Peri-Peri, so we worked on bringing it here. We sense
that interest in things African is picking up and refer to this
growing interest as "The African Renaissance". Our goal
is to develop Peri-Peri into a nationally recognized item here in
the United States.
Perks
Peri-Peri sauces debuted at Walt Disney World Co. with great
success. Walt Disney World chefs were researching authentic African
cuisine and contacted us regarding foodservice use in Animal Kingdom.
Our sauces are currently used in kitchens throughout the various
Disney Theme Parks. For example, the grand Floridian Hotel &
Convention Center in Magic Kingdom uses our Perks Peri-Peri Sauces
for fine dining as well as Tuskers Restaurant in Animal Kingdom
for casual dining. Guests from all backgrounds are enjoying Peri-Peri.
In addition to Disney's use of Perks Peri-Peri Sauces in their foodservice.
Disney also displays our 12oz. product for promotion and souvenir
purposes. We are delighted by the Peri-Peri cuisine created by our
culinary friends!

Peri-Peri Inc. is pleased to be working with the South African
Tourism Board (SATOUR) in promoting Peri-Peri. Together we are
implementing regional promotions. Perks Peri-Peri sponsored
of the V.I.P. pre-concert Hospitality Party in New York City's Central
Park Summer Stage where legendary South African singer, Miriam Makeba
appeared live, music press and food media attended. Press received
gift bags of our product samples and store availability. Our company
also worked with South African Tourism at a Wildlife event held
Summer 2000 at Greenwich Polo Club, Greenwich, CT with renowned
wildlife expert Jim Fowler.
Together, we continue to work on promotions such as "Take
a Culinary Safari With Perks Peri-Peri Sauces And Win A Safari to
South Africa".

Peri-Peri Sauces are a unique product and are marketed as mainstream
use marinades, basting sauces, cooking sauces and condiment. Peri-Peri
Sauce and spice is as common to Africans as BBQ sauce and Ketchup
is to Americans and is enjoyed and utilized by people of all backgrounds
and cultures. We would like to emphasize that we are not another
"me too" item. It is a rare and exciting opportunity to

that sentence, you are not alone. However, thanks to Perks Peri-Peri
Inc., the missing word - "Peri-Peri" - may soon be as
familiar to Americans as such ethnic spices as chili and curry are
now.
Peri-Peri
was introduced in Africa over 400 years ago by Portuguese and Spanish
spice traders and became an inherent part of African cuisine used
throughout the continent both as seasoning and on its own a marinade,
basting sauce, and condiment. Perks Peri-Peri Inc. is successfully
marketing a line of marinades and basting sauces based on the small
red chili pepper known as Peri-Peri.

Blast, Periyaki Marinade (Peri-Peri

Lickin' Steak Sauce. All use Peri-Peri in combination with
other ingredients. Our unique tastes are great with chicken,
meat, seafood, and enhances all foods to experiperience the wild

and produced under Kosher Certification.

sales.
Perks
Peri-Peri Inc. made its retail debut during September 1999 in
Stop & Shop Supermarkets in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts,
and Rhode Island. The success of this debut interested others. Stop
& Shop has plan-o-grammed all 7 varieties of our marinades and
sauces with the authentic African Peri Peri spice in every store
and has also allocated additional aisle space for these items in
their Summer 2001 bargain aisles.
All
customers such as Publix, Ralphs, Krogers, Safeway, Harris Teeter,
and even Walt Disney World - to name just a few, are impressed
with the unique, attractive label, and our commitment to product

Perks Peri-Peri Inc. receives invitations from the Director of Menu
Development & Culinary Standards to attend monthly chef meetings
as a guest vendor and we have enjoyed hearing all the positive comments
from the chefs regarding our marinades and basting sauces.
Peri-Peri
can be utilized with any form of cuisine and foods including meat,
chicken, fish, pasta, vegetables, salsa, soups or even beverages.
